Roméo LeBlanc Stamp

This issue pays tribute to the late, Right Honourable Roméo LeBlanc, former Governor General of Canada who believed in the potential of Canadians and endured a long and distinguished career in public service. Dominic LeBlanc, son of Roméo LeBlanc puts it best: “My father would have been very humbled by this wonderful honour from Canada Post. The stamp design, in its simplicity and warmth, reflects qualities he believed to be important.”
